to provide weekend clinical coverage Saturday & Sunday, one or both days!!

Compensation and Benefits:

Earning potential: Fee for Service (1099) Each patient encounter documented and billed according to service codes
Flexible Schedule: Saturday & Sunday - Can be both or one of the days

Autonomy with Support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
Educate patients, families, and staff
Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

QualificationsQualifications:

Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred
Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
