Quality Leadership Program

Actively participate in a 12-month development program to learn and understand business operations while developing leadership capabilities through hands-on quality experiences, project management, and formal training Lead and support special quality improvement projects in collaboration with quality leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence You will work in a team environment to identify quality concerns, develop corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Assist in investigating quality issues, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions Responsible for supporting audits, inspections, and compliance activities by sharing quality expertise and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures You will monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance quality and operational efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality requirements and customer expectations are met. Provide FDA regulatory and Quality systems support Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and government regulations Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and other departments to drive sustainable quality improvements and resolve process-related issues
