Ensure respect for resident rights, dignity, and choice through understanding of their story, and the tailoring of routines and preferences foreach individual person Ensure the provision of high-quality support in maintaining residents mobility and personal hygiene (showers, toileting, oral health) according to individual resident needs, strengths, choices preferences Ensure collaboration with team members to address the underlying causes of changed behaviours and provide appropriate interventions Proactively model the Fresh Hope Communities’ Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders, system users, and external parties.
