POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Compensation Specialist is responsible for supporting specific groups with compensation administration and implementation for UMass Chan’s various compensation programs. This includes areas related to compensation requirements, including position redesign, job descriptions and evaluations, FLSA testing, salary administration and conducting compensation analyses.
