Floor Technician

Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) in areas that include offices, patient rooms, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas (i.e. cafeterias, etc.). In addition, a Floor Technician may also perform the following as needed: Dusting surfaces, floors, emptying waste baskets removes waste and relines basket. Damp wiping cleans all furniture. Cleaning and polishing metal and porcelain fixtures in bathroom. Mopping and sanitizing floors of rooms and offices. Spot cleaning walls and windows. Replenishing room supplies, performs discharge cleaning as assigned....
