TELECOM SYSTEMS ANALYST

Provide Telecommunications department with the following skills and services: Develop, install, modify and maintain hospital wide telephony system using industry accepted tools or precedures to accomplish. Able to work independant of technical vendor and achieve maximum system featurability and functionality. Investigate problems/malfunctions and resolve operational issues working to determine corrective action plan to maintain a viable and productive environment. Monitor total system performance and capacities, identify and obtain approval and implement improvements to optimize system productivity.
