BMG ADMIN-DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, SURGICAL

The Director of Operations, Surgical Specialties for BMG plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership, direction, administration, and fiscal management for all activities. This includes supporting the optimization of current practice operations, successful integration of future providers and practices via growth, and leadership of critical operations programs. This role will be responsible for the surgical specialty practices in the Beebe Medical Group and will supervise a team of practice managers and other key players to produce outcomes that support the achievement of Beebe Healthcare's Strategic Plan.
