PROGRAM MANAGER - FOOD IS MEDICINE (GRANT FUNDED)

Position Summary The Food Is Medicine (FIM) Program Manager is a grant-funded leadership position supported through Delaware's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The Program Manager serves as the primary operational and implementation lead responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the Southern Delaware Food Is Medicine (SDFIM) infrastructure initiative, including workforce deployment, technology integration, culinary medicine capacity building, community-based interventions, care coordination systems, evaluation readiness, partnership management, and grant compliance.
