General: Assists Applications Manager in the technical management of the clinicial systems support and deployment by ensuring proper day to day operations and support for clinical users and adherence to agreed upon project plans. Serves as a resource person. Primary duties include ensuring compliance with IS policies/procedures/ regulatory requirements, problem solving, teaching/training, and communication.
