Position Details
Home Time:
Home
3–4 times per week
(typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
Freight:
100% touch freight — live unload at store locations
Running Area:
VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV (within ~700 miles of Front Royal, VA)
Miles:
Average 1,500 miles per week
Stops:
1–6 stops per trailer
Schedule:
Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Minimum 3 loads per week required
Workdays vary based on delivery routing and home time scheduling

Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Pay:
$1,300+
Top Performers:
Up to $2,000/wee
Additional Pay:
$250 per full trailer unload
$125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
$35 backhaul pay
Mileage Pay (Experience-Based):
.60cpm - .73cpm

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
3 months class A tractor trailer experience required
Must meet DOT hiring requirements
Must be able to perform physical unloading duties
Must be able to work assigned schedule including nights/weekends
