Your Role as a Per Diem HHA
As part of the Affirmed Home Care team, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home.
Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need
Valid NJ Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
At least 1 year of experience
as an HHA (preferred)
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical exam
within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON
within 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
MMR immunization
(within 10 years)
Valid flu vaccine
Driver’s license
preferred but not required
