Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band M3 to M5 Role EDD Test Field -Engineer A purpose driven role for you To support HMCL in being a fast growing company with fast increasing competence levels it requires a strong team capable of designing and analysing new engines as well as constant upgrading and updating of existing engines. To achieve this an experienced Expert Engineer, capable of organization and people management of members of Field Test Team. This role is in line with the new structure. A Day in the life  Ergonomics Academic Qualification & Experience BE, ME, or MSc degrees Technical Skills/Knowledge Expertise and in depth Knowledge of Emission system RAW & CVS, Horiba-1, AMAI-60, CVS-1 etc Very good knowledge of Indian and Europian Emission norms In Depth knowledge of various test cycles preparation in automation system as per new legislation, knowledge of Scripting as per new interfacing of instruments/channel in each specific test. Hands on experience of various automation software like STAR VETS, PUMA, IGEM etc Good knowledge of Breakdown handling, root cause analysis and troubleshooting Knowledge of Chassis Dyno operations, Installation & Commissioning of new system, Aldehyde measurement system Procurement of AMC Kit and critical spare part for Chassis Dyno and Emission system RAW & CVS Behavioural Skills Strong team building capability Willingness to share experience Keen on new ideas and technologies Dynamic and proactive work approach What will it be like to work for Hero As the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 25 years , Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
