WHO YOU ARE & THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

As Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition , you are a strategic advisor partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent that enables the company's rapid growth. You drive the full recruiting lifecycle for critical roles while leveraging market intelligence, talent insights, and innovative sourcing approaches to build strong candidate pipelines and improve hiring outcomes. Through consultative partnership, data-driven decision making, and an exceptional candidate experience, you help ensure QTS has the right talent in place to execute its business objectives and sustain long-term success internationally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting recommendations.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across assigned business units.
  • Drive a consistent, high-quality interview and selection process aligned with QTS hiring standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable hiring decisions.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to identify opportunities and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Promote and enhance the QTS employer brand through candidate engagement, networking, and talent community development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting governance practices
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop strategic workforce and hiring plans.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 15% or less.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent professional experience
  • Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting
  • Two or more years of project or program management experience
  • Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems

NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience supporting hiring needs for Construction, Development, Design, Procurement and similar business units
