Sr. HR Technology Analyst

The Senior HR Technology Analyst serves as a key functional and technical resource responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and enhancing HR technology systems and related business processes. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and the employee experience. Responsibilities include system configuration, workflow management, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, analytics, and integration support across HR platforms. The analyst leads system enhancements, maintains data accuracy, develops reports and dashboards, manages project workstreams, and ensures compliance with privacy and security standards. This position also serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, documentation, training, and continuous improvement recommendations to support organizational goals and HR technology best practices.
