Senior Instructional Designer (Education Services)

The Senior Content Strategist serves as the product owner and portfolio manager for Education Services learning content within an assigned business or product domain. This role owns the Business Unit-specific learning portfolio, including learning strategy, curriculum direction, content roadmaps, modality strategy, learning paths, course blueprints, and customer enablement plans. Working across Product Management, R&D, Services, and technical subject matter experts, the strategist translates complex technical products, customer workflows, and business objectives into effective learning solutions and development-ready course blueprints. Applying L & D expertise, instructional design principles, and learner-centered methodologies, this role defines learning objectives, audience needs, modality recommendations, assessments, practical activities, and success criteria to ensure training solutions drive customer proficiency, product adoption, and intended business outcomes.
