Operational Leadership Lead end-to-end operations across customer service, collections, lending, fraud, disputes, KYC/AML, or related banking functions. Ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, compliance, and financial targets. Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps. Establish governance mechanisms to drive accountability and business outcomes. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. Conduct regular business reviews, present performance updates, and manage escalations. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
