Residence Advisor About the Role As a Residence Advisor, you will ensure that our international students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living experience. You will play an integral role in their journey, helping them feel at home and supported while studying abroad. Responsibilities Provide daily support and guidance to students living in residence. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment. Handle student check-ins, intakes, and arrival procedures. Promote student well-being and engagement. Act as the first point of contact for student queries, concerns, and emergencies. Assist in organizing residence activities and fostering a sense of community. Collaborate with other staff to deliver a first-class student experience. Uphold EF standards and policies in residence management. Requirements Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience in hospitality and customer care. Previous experience with EF or as a Residence Advisor is considered a strong asset. Ability to take responsibility and act as a positive role model. Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required. Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. What We Offer A full-time role (40 hours per week).
