Agile Coach

Provides training and coaching on Agile methodologies, standards, and processes, ensuring consistent application of Agile practices and measuring implementation success. Coaches, trains, and mentors employees at all levels to strengthen Agile capability and cultivate a mindset grounded in the Agile Manifesto. Ensures Agile principles, frameworks, and ways of working are understood and effectively applied across teams and the organization. Applies deep subject‑matter expertise to guide new and existing teams and influence leaders and associates in shifting from traditional to Agile ways of working. Operates under limited supervision.
