Engineer- Manufacturing III USA (1st Shift)

Join our Manufacturing Engineering team as an Automation Engineer, where you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing processes, equipment, and material handling systems. This role partners with cross-functional teams to introduce new automation technologies, troubleshoot production challenges, and optimize factory performance through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience with manufacturing automation, robotics, various types of conveyors, PLCs, AGVs, vision systems, and process optimization in a high-volume production environment. You will also provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, directing shift technicians, and drive projects that improve safety, quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.
