Senior Sterling Support Engineer | Offshore

Senior Sterling Support Engineer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Sterling OMS applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents related to order management and fulfillment . Support order fulfillment, sourcing, inventory management , and order lifecycle processes. Troubleshoot Sterling OMS APIs, Agents, and Business Rules . Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential production issues. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues. Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within defined SLAs. Support deployments, releases, and production changes while ensuring application stability. Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS / Order Management System . Experience in Production Support and Incident Management . Strong understanding of Order Fulfillment, Sourcing, and Inventory Management . Experience troubleshooting Sterling OMS APIs, Agents, and Business Rules . Understanding of order lifecycle, inventory availability, sourcing, and fulfillment processes. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with ITIL/SLA-driven support environments . QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Sterling OMS application support or related enterprise systems. Hands-on experience supporting production Sterling OMS environments . Experience working in L2/L3 support and Agile/ITIL environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
