Digital Finance - PowerBI Developer - Senior

Operational: • • Design, develop, and support robust data visualization solutions using Power BI to enable data-driven decision making and enhance operational insights. • Utilize expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL to model data and create compelling reports and dashboards that highlight key business metrics and foster improvements. • Implement and maintain Power BI gateways and ensure connectivity with various data sources, ensuring seamless integration and up-to-date reporting capabilities. Functional: • • Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards in Power BI that provide actionable insights through advanced data visualization techniques. • Optimize data models and reporting processes to ensure efficient performance and scalability. • Automate report refreshes and manage data gateways, ensuring consistency in data availability and accessibility for stakeholders.

Strategic: • Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at standardizing reporting practices and enhancing the organization’s data visualization capabilities. • Establish best practices for Power BI usage and training across the organization, driving effective use of data visualization tools. Client Interactions: • Work with global teams and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop customized Power BI solutions tailored to specific business objectives. Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business requirements.

Educational qualifications • Minimum Qualification Required: B. Tech/MBA from a recognized Tier-1 institute. • Professional Certifications Required: Power BI Certification. Work experience • Total Number of Years of Work Experience: 4+ years • Relevant Number of Years of Work Experience Required: 4+ Years • Experience in client-facing roles with demonstrated skills in business process improvement and data visualization implementation (Preferably from Big 4 or similar consulting firms).
