Sr. Analyst, HR AI & Operations

We are seeking an HR AI & Automation Analyst to help lead the transformation of the People Function by leveraging AI, automation, and process redesign to improve productivity, scalability, and the employee experience. Reporting to the SVP, Worldwide HR, this role owns the HR AI and automation roadmap for the People Function. Working closely with HR leaders, HR Systems, and Fortinet’s AI Engineer, this individual will identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, redesign business processes, and deploy practical AI solutions that enable HR to operate more efficiently and strategically. Success in this role will be measured not by the amount of work performed, but by the amount of work simplified, automated, or eliminated.
