RBT Daytime with Sign on Bonus

• We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
• This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
• To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Client #1: Mon 3–5 PM | Tue–Thu 1–5 PM | Fri 10 AM–4 PM (Jefferson, GA)
• Client #2: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM and 2:00–4:15 PM (Wilkesboro, GA)
• Client #3: Mon-Fri 8:15a-12:15p (Wilkesboro, GA)
• Pay scale: $20-$28
