What you will do

Head of Demand Planning, Operations is responsible for providing leadership and guidance on demand and supply planning processes, developing solutions to various problems, and building effective relationships with key suppliers and internal/external client groups:

• Develo p and lead demand p lann i n g s t ra t e gi es fo r t he J a p anese marke t, al ig ned with business objectives and regional supply chain goals.
• Own and enhance t he IBP process, ensur i n g fo recas t accurac y, cross- f unc ti onal alignment and ways of working
• Anal y ze marke t t rends, cus t omer demand, and sales da t a t o g enera t e accura t e forecasts and optimize inventory levels for both core and customized p roduc t s.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to integrate p roduc t launches, promotions, and business insights into the demand p lan.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitization of demand planning processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with corporate planning policies and implement scalable, standardized processes that support business agility.
• Provide strategic leadership to the demand planning team , fostering a high­ performance culture focused on KPI delivery, ownership, and professional develo p men t.
• Partner with regional and global teams to adopt best practices and p lann i n g capabilities that support cost-effective stock availability and supply chain res i l i ence.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to co-design and implement p lann i n g solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Japan marke t.

• Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Proven t rack record o f success f ull y lead i n g demand p lann i n g i n iti a ti ves i n a fa s t-p aced env i ronmen t
• S t ron g anal yti cal sk i lls w it h t he ab i l ity t o i n t er p re t da t a and make i n fo rmed dec i s i ons
