Senior Application Support

Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in production environments. Monitor applications, manage incidents and problems, and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams. Execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices. Support monitoring and observability initiatives, including tools such as Dynatrace, to proactively detect and prevent issues. Maintain technical documentation, contribute to continuous service improvement, and participate in on-call support for critical systems.

API, Application Servers & Kubernetes Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and java knowledge (heap and thread dump anaiisys, performance optimization); OpenShift & Cloud (kubernetes); API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee) RHEL Linux OS Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger, grafana, prometheus, ELK); CI/CD setup & optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype) Ansible and/or Terraform Relational DBs (MSSQL Server; Postgre) Fluent in Portuguese and English
