As a senior member of the recruiting team, you will operate as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, driving hiring strategies that enable the company to scale effectively. You will play a critical role in shaping high-performing teams, influencing hiring decisions, and continuously elevating the candidate experience. This is an opportunity to have meaningful impact at a high-growth company by building the talent-dense teams needed for long-term success.Please Note: This role is based in San Mateo, California, with an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week. We may consider a U.S.-based remote arrangement for candidates whose experience strongly aligns with the role’s core requirements, based on business needs and our ability to employ in the candidate’s state. Remote employees may be required to travel periodically to our San Mateo <headquarters.How> You’ll Make an Impact:Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experiencePartner closely with senior business leaders and executives to deeply understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring plansAct as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, influencing talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational designProactively build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networkingLead strategic talent discussions, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioningCollaborate cross-functionally to design and scale recruiting processes that are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with company growthLeverage recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and continuously optimize hiring outcomesMentor and elevate recruiting best practices across the team, contributing to a strong and scalable talent functionWhat Makes You a Good Fit:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations roles in high-growth, high-performance environmentsProven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels of the organizationExceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and advise both candidates and leadershipDeep experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse)Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive marketsStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting strategy and outcomesHigh attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, quality, and process in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, team-first approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovationAbility to commute to the San Mateo, CA office at least 3 days per weekNice-to-have:Blend of in-house and agency recruiting experienceExperience or strong familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC regions, including regional talent markets, compliance considerations, and hiring nuancesCompensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000*.
