Senior MT and UT Engineer

1. Responsible for daily maintenance and utility operation. Manage MT&UT team and drive 5S, EHS and Q mindset.
2. Develop utility operating steps, define utility process condition and ensuring operating effectiveness at cost optimization.
3. Provide Utility training and chemical training to team and ensuring team can handle safely
4. Develop and manage emergency response in case of Utility failure, as well as ensuring fast and safe utility recovery.
5. Provide troubleshooting of machine failure, as well as, leading root cause analysis (RCA)
6. Provide maintenance machine training and ensuring effectiveness of maintenance task list according to machine manual.
7. Responsible in developing and justifying PM plan, Calibration plan and Work order plan and ensuring plan achievement.
8. Provide maintenance knowledge training to team, LOTO, work permit and how to properly return area back to user.
9. Provide guidance and ensure proper onsite contractor management
10. Provide guidance for spare part category identification, inventory management concept, up-to-date and accuracy.
11. Handling site equipment list and CAPEX management
12. Establish Standard Operating Procedure in compliance with ISO system both Quality and Safety, Health, and Environment.
13. Regular data collection and data analysis for continuous improvement and submit in timely manner.
14. Perform work according to company assignment.

Qualify

1.Bachelor's Degree in EE, IE or ME or in a related field

1. 7+ year of experience in Maintenance and Utility
2. 3+ year of experience in people management

Skill

1. Electrical, Instrument, Automation and Mechanical knowledge.
2. Maintenance management software - preferable Maximo.
3. Utility operation, chemical and equipment knowledge.
4. Spare part identification and management knowledge
5. Repair, PM and Calibration knowledge.
6. HACCP knowledge.
7. ISO9001 knowledge.
8. Safety and 5S knowledge.
