Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

About The Role
- Sahl is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition, end to end, across our
- core channels (Search, Social). You will own strategy and execution, from campaign setup to daily
- optimization to reporting.
- The ideal candidate will do both the strategist and the operator: someone senior enough to set the channel
- strategy and budget allocation, but hands-on enough to build the campaigns, pull the reports, and manage
- pacing personally on a day-to-day basis.
- You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and work closely with CRM, Product, and
- Creative to turn paid spend into predictable, efficient growth.
