About The Role

  1. 协助平台产品经理进行需求收集、整理和分析，输出需求文档、流程图、原型说明等。
  2. 参与平台功能规划与优化，跟进产品迭代，推动研发、设计、测试等协作落地。
  3. 协助进行业务数据分析，整理关键指标、发现问题并提出优化建议。
  4. 参与用户调研、竞品分析和行业信息整理，为产品决策提供支持。
  5. 协助推动项目上线、测试验收、问题跟进及版本复盘。
  6. 完成产品相关的日常支持工作，如文档维护、会议纪要、需求排期整理等。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学、商科等相关专业优先。
  • 2.对平台产品、B 端产品或中后台产品有一定了解，有产品实习经历者优先。
  • 3.具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力和需求分析能力。
  • 4.对数据敏感，熟练使用 Excel、PPT 等办公软件，了解 SQL、Axure、Figma 等工具者优先。
  • 5.做事认真负责，执行力强，学习能力好，能快速适应多线程工作。
  • 6.能保证较长实习周期，能尽快到岗者优先。
