About The Role

  • 1、负责产品（如车身、底盘等）的强度、刚度、疲劳、NVH等性能的仿真分析与优化。
  • 2、参与轻量化设计项目，应用拓扑优化、形貌优化、尺寸优化、多学科设计优化（MDO）等技术，提出创新的轻量化结构方案。
  • 3、撰写详细的仿真分析报告，明确判断设计是否达标，并提供具体、可行的改进建议
  • 4、探索并应用机器学习/人工智能技术于仿真领域
  • 1、硕士及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、力学等相关专业；
  • 2、熟练Altair HyperWorks/OptiStruct、ANSYS、Abaqus 等至少一款主流CAE软件；
  • 3、精通Python编程，具有CAE软件二次开发、自动化流程搭建及大规模数据处理经验；
  • 4、责任心强，抗压能力强，出色的逻辑分析、解决问题能力，良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神。
