Job Title: Facility Manager Division: TOESL Department: Operations & Maintenance Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical), Boiler experience Must Experience: 7-12 Years No of Vacancies: 01 Location: Jhagadia, Reporting To: Group Head_O&M Roles and Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of steam boilers, WTP, ETP,STP, DM/ RO Plant Chiller, Vapour compression chiller, Air Compressor, Refrigerated air dryer, Cooling towers & other process utility plants. Ensure 100% uptime of boiler and all allied equipment Statutory compliance related to labour, safety, equipment and all rules and regulations applicable to site operations. Ensure HSE compliance and records as per OHSAS standards Liaison with manpower supply agencies Recruitment and manage labour on third party rolls Managing fuel vendors’ delivery schedule as per site requirement Manage fuel inputs including fuel sourcing in local region Getting Inventory audits done every month Maintaining required levels of inventory of inputs like fuel, consumables Liaoning with customer to get the steam/Utility Plants demand in advance and ensure readiness for the same Managing customer relationship and communication with customer Following up and collecting and timely payment from the customer Provide interface between customer & TOESL HO and represent TOESL in customer premises, in a true sense Recording and transacting daily production in ERP. Circulation of reports highlighting exception and corrective actions. Monthly MIS on plant performance including safety. Critical Competencies: Work experience in managing utilities Technically sound in Boiler / Utility and allied equipment operations Knowledge of Utility & Mass transfer, Thermodynamics Technically sound with good trouble shooting abilities Sound knowledge about preventive maintenance Capable to handle complex situations Good analytical abilities, communication skills - Verbal and Written Organizing and Planning Skills Process and result oriented, self-starter Team Building skills Ability to effectively interface with external agencies like supplier, customer, statutory authorities, etc.
