Elite Prep Cook

The Chapman & Chase Lounge is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting the kitchen staff in executing dishes to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate has strong knife skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining kitchen.
