iScala ERP Analyst

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, testing and ensuring operations of an organization's IT infrastructure and systems. The role will involve proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. Supports multiple complex IT services/processes, in support of multiple functional areas and locations to align with business objectives and quality standards. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
