We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of a new luxury resort. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel through all pre-opening phases , ensuring operational readiness.
• Validate the resort's operational concept and guest experience.
• Take ownership of the critical path and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Develop and manage the pre-opening budget .
• Recruit, onboard, and lead the Executive Committee and management team.
• Establish a strong service culture that reflects the property's luxury positioning.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in luxury resorts and villa operations .
• Proven success in hotel pre-openings and project management.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid financial and budgeting skills.
• Excellent relationship management with owners, investors, and key stakeholders .
• Previous experience in Greek island destinations or seasonal luxury resorts.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
