We are looking for

QHSE Responsible

  • at our location in One Mobility Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco
  • Environmental, Health & Safety Management
  • Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Conduct environmental aspect and impact assessments, as well as occupational health and safety risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor changes in legal requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety observations.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental events, ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Coordinate waste management, environmental monitoring, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Organize EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor and report EHS performance indicators.

Quality Management System (IATF 16949)

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive industry standards.
  • Manage quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Plan and perform internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
  • Monitor non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Facilitate root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans).
  • Organize Management Review meetings and monitor QMS KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
