Accountant (Saudi Accounting Experience Required)

Accountant Based in Egypt (Background in Saudi Accounting Regulations)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Commerce – English Department.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Solid background in Saudi accounting laws and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• English level: B1 or above.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in Odoo system is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, prepare accurate journal entries, and ensure all financial records are updated in a timely manner.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle VAT calculations, tax filings, and ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations and relevant legal requirements.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and external auditors by providing the required financial information and supporting documents during audits and tax reviews.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting management with timely financial analysis and reporting.
