Account Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage a large portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in account management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Familiarity with our product suite (Business Suite) is a plus.
