ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-curious Paid Social Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team. You'll work closely with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where your work directly drives growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X;
• Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging trends and suggesting optimizations;
• Assist in briefing UGC creators and coordinating content requests aligned to performance goals;
• Help build and refine audience strategies using platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4);
• Track competitor activity and surface relevant industry trends to the team;
• Contribute to budget tracking and help maintain spend efficiency within set parameters;
• Support senior team members with reporting, insights, and ad-hoc analysis

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social (internship, in-house, or agency);
• Familiarity with at least one major ads platform (Meta Ads Manager preferred);
• A genuine interest in performance marketing and creative testing;
• Comfort working with data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you should enjoy digging into numbers;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• B2C marketing exposure is a plus;
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable asking questions;
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

NICE TO HAVE

• Exposure to app campaign management (iOS or Android);
• Basic knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics tools;
• Experience working with or briefing content creators
