Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist will assist with HRIS implementations and system improvements. The Benefits Specialist will help to ensure timely and accurate completion of certain benefit transactions and serve as point of contact to local benefit coordinators. The Benefits Specialist will be the liaison between the Corporate EHP, local benefit coordinators, TPAs, and the IT benefits team. Ensure the company's policies and practices are compliant.
