Accounts Receivable Specialist – Billing & Payment Application

What We’re Looking For - At least 2 years of recent accounts receivable experience required - Hands-on experience with billing and payment application required - Experience working with a high volume of invoices and customer payments - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify account discrepancies - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet billing deadlines - HVAC or home-services industry experience is helpful but not required
