About The Role

  • Develop and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns for ECP's conferences and exhibitions across the Americas.
  • Manage campaign planning, execution and optimization to achieve delegate, sponsorship, exhibition and brand awareness objectives.
  • Conduct market research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO and website channels.
  • Manage marketing automation, customer journeys, A/B testing and campaign performance to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Manage event websites and CMS content to ensure an engaging user experience.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and leverage marketing technologies and analytics tools to support campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Develop campaign messaging and produce high-quality marketing content across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, government organizations, media partners, sponsors and other key stakeholders to expand campaign reach and support commercial objectives.
  • Manage external PR, digital marketing and creative agencies, as well as other marketing suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign expenditure and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI and achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Support the successful delivery of conferences and exhibitions through onsite marketing, branding, promotional activities, partner engagement and post-event analysis.
  • Travel internationally as required to support the Americas event portfolio.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content, Operations and Programming to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing team members where appropriate and contribute to continuous improvement across the marketing function.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing regional or international marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in conference, exhibition, events or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
  • Experience negotiating supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on campaign ROI.
  • Strong experience using CRM systems, CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid media and website optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with platforms such as: HubSpot (preferred), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Marketing automation platforms

Language Requirements

  • Native Latin American Spanish speaker (essential)
  • Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
  • Portuguese proficiency (advantageous)
