FOS Collection Executive

As a FOS Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely collection of EMI payments. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support. Your main focus will be on visiting customer addresses and collecting EMI payments via online, cheque, or cash methods.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Handle a portfolio of X bucket customers who have failed to pay EMI on the due date.
• Visit customer addresses (home, office) to collect EMI payments.
• Accept payments via online methods, cheques, or cash.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to encourage timely EMI collections.
• Keep accurate records of all collection activities and payments received.
• Follow up on overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on collection progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in collections or customer service, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in using online payment systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts and EMI payments is an asset.
