About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Sous Chef will lead the Kitchen function & ensure consistent food quality, presentation, hygiene and operational efficiency. The role will oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, menu execution, food safety, inventory & food cost control while leading, coaching and developing the culinary team. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent dining experiences & maintain IHG standards. As an upcoming hotel, you will play a key role in establishing kitchen standards, supporting equipment readiness & preparing the culinary team for successful hotel operations.
