Through disciplined category management, Strategic Sourcing partners with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to develop category strategies informed by enterprise demand, spend and market insights, supplier capabilities, risk, and total cost of ownership. The team provides leadership in sourcing, contract negotiation, contract development and management, supplier relationship and performance management, and ongoing value realization for the Providence St. Joseph Health enterprise.
