Deputy Manager - Mine Operations (VTO)

To ensure statutory compliance related to vocational training in underground coal mines by planning, organizing, conducting, and monitoring all training programs as per the requirements of the Mines Vocational Training Rules (MVTR), Coal Mines Regulations (CMR), DGMS directives, and Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions (OSHWC) Code and Rules. The role is responsible for enhancing safety awareness, skill development, competency assessment, and maintaining all statutory training records and documentation.
