Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst

At WTW Argentina, we are accelerating an ambitious agenda focused on digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. To support this journey, we are seeking an Innovation PMO & Business Solutions SR. Analyst who combines strong project management and PMO capabilities with a hands-on ability to build and implement business solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for someone who not only identifies opportunities and manages projects, but also actively develops, implements, and deploys solutions whenever possible, leveraging low-code and no-code technologies to drive measurable business outcomes. Based in Argentina, this role will support regional initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver strategic transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, user experience, and operational excellence. #LI-DNI
