If so, we would love to meet you! Our growing, fast-paced medical practice is looking for a Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys connecting with patients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a huge plus! As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and helping our clinic run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do โœ… Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for โœ… Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments โœ… Register patients and verify information โœ… Collect co-pays and process payments โœ… Communicate with patients through phone, text, and fax โœ… Support providers and team members in a fast-paced environment โœ… Help create an outstanding patient experience every day What We're Looking For โœ” High school diploma or equivalent โœ” 3+ years of medical reception and customer service experience โœ” Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply โœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โœ” Professional phone etiquette โœ” Strong organizational and multitasking abilities โœ” Typing speed of 40+ words per minute โœ” Positive attitude, dependability, and a team-first mindset Schedule Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week Monday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Tuesday off every week One-hour lunch break each day Occasional flexibility to cover shifts for team members when needed Why You'll Love Working Here โค๏ธ We believe great patient care starts with a great team.
