Director of Network Engineering & Operations US

Head of Voice US We are looking for a Head of Voice US to lead and grow our Voice business in the United States. This role will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy, developing strategic relationships with carriers and enterprise customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue and margin growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Voice business strategy and commercial growth in the US market. Develop and manage relationships with carriers, partners, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio. Own revenue, margin, traffic growth, and commercial performance. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with Operations, Routing, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology teams. Analyze market trends, traffic performance, pricing, and competitive landscape. Ensure high service quality and long-term customer relationships. Build scalable processes to support business expansion. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably Voice Wholesale, Carrier Services, VoIP, or CPaaS. Strong knowledge of the US telecommunications and Voice market. Experience managing carrier relationships and commercial negotiations. Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, termination, origination, routing, and pricing. Strong business development and leadership skills. Data-driven and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
