About The Role

A-Line is looking for a Trailer Mechanic to maintain our fleet of flatbed and van trailers. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, and working closely with a peer, you’ll ensure trailers meet road safety standards and stay in top shape. Starting Pay: $21 - $26 starting pay, depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:45 am - 4:30 pm What You’ll Do: Perform preventative maintenance on trailers to meet DOT requirements Repair and maintain brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, tires, and more Troubleshoot issues and document repairs Operate the yard truck to maneuver trailers in and out of the shop for repair Perform DOT inspections and repairs on trucks as needed Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Experience with air brakes, electrical systems, and ABS systems is a plus Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Excellent attention to detail and communication Valid Driver’s License (Class A CDL a plus) Must have own basic hand tools and storage Why Join A-Line?
