About The Role

A-Line E.D.S. is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused EHS Coordinator to join our Safety team! This is an entry-level opportunity working directly with our EHS Director to support safety and environmental programs throughout our industrial operations. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field, helping with inspections, employee training, safety documentation, incident follow-up, fleet compliance, and environmental initiatives. If you are someone who is organized, comfortable working around industrial equipment, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to speak up when something isn't safe, we'd like to hear from you! What You'll Do Assist with facility, fire, and safety inspections. Maintain safety records, JHAs, SOP signoffs, and compliance documentation. Support truck, equipment, DOT, and fleet safety paperwork. Assist with new employee orientations, training, toolbox talks, and the Safety Committee. Document and follow up on near misses, first aid incidents, and corrective actions. Support environmental inspections, SPCC plans, and compliance documentation. Help reinforce PPE and safety expectations throughout the facility. Support the EHS Director with safety and environmental projects. What We're Looking For Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Personable and comfortable working with employees at all levels. Confident speaking up about unsafe conditions and PPE requirements. Able to communicate clearly with employees from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency. Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Safety, environmental, or industrial education is a plus. OSHA or other safety training is preferred but not required.
